The Vacancy
It's an exciting time to be part of our Technology & Communications Service area within the Infrastructure Technology Team.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Security & Compliance Officer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of our council's IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of security policies, manage compliance audits, and promote best practice security risk management across the organisation.
The role will also be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the monitoring and analysis of the council’s IT and cyber security environment and activities in line with security policy and standards.
