Job Role Information
* Position: Production Operative
* Location: Moodiesburn, Glasgow
* Duration: Temporary ongoing
Pay Rates
Over 21 years of age
* Backshift £13.43/hr, £20.15 overtime
* Nightshift £15.87/hr, £23.81 overtime
Under 21 years of age
* Backshift £11.81/hr, £17.72 overtime
* Nightshift £13.96/hr, £20.94 overtime
Shift Times
* Backshift: 1500 to 2300
* Nightshift: 2300 to 0700
Shift Pattern
Ongoing shifts: 3 x backshifts, 3 x nightshifts, then 3 days off
Pay Model
PAYE
Role Description
This is an exciting ongoing contract role in the production area, where you will become an integral team member.
Duties
* Operate individual work stations, using own initiative
* Produce sausage casings for sausages
* Use good dexterity skills, working with hands and fingers at pace
Experience & Requirements
* Previous production experience is advantageous
* Comfortable with repetitive roles
* Experience working with food products
* Maintain good hygiene standards
* Reliable, punctual, with a good work ethic
* Good communication skills
All applicants will receive a full site induction and training. PPE will be provided by the site.
