An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator role.
In this position, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, supporting the sales process, and ensuring a high level of customer experience from initial contact through to order placement. You will also play a key role in supporting wider sales operations, coordination, reporting, and communication across the business, working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls and managing customer enquiries via phone and email
* Handling new customer enquiries and product queries
* Preparing and sending customer quotes in a timely and accurate manner
* Following up on quotes and outstanding customer enquiries
* Supporting the Sales team with customer requirements and coordination
* Liaising with Purchasing regarding pricing and product availability for new quotes
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
* Handling complex or escalated customer queries professionally
* Maintaining enquiry, quote, and sales trackers accurately
* Supporting KPI reporting and sales performance updates
* Managing shared inboxes and prioritising incoming enquiries effectively
* Gathering full customer and order information before passing to the processing team
* Supporting onboarding of new customers
* Identifying opportunities for upselling or offering alternative products
Skills & Experience Required
* Have previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or coordination role
* Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Be confident dealing with customers and handling a range of enquiries
* Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
* Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams
* Take a proactive approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership
* Experience using ERP systems such as Sage
Desirable Experience
* Previous sales or account support experience
* Experience preparing and following up on quotes
* Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or packaging environments
* Commercial awareness including pricing, margins, and customer value
* Experience maintaining trackers, dashboards, or KPI reports
* Experience supporting Sales or Management teams administratively
