The Role As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your section while supporting the wider kitchen team across daily service. You will: Run your section confidently during prep and service Deliver dishes consistently to Rosette-level standards Support service across restaurant and banqueting operations Maintain strong organisation, cleanliness and mise en place Assist senior chefs with menu development and kitchen operations Support junior chefs where required Uphold food safety and kitchen standards at all times This is a hands-on role suited to a chef who enjoys variety and wants to continue developing within a structured environment.
