Excellent opportunity to join a leading Company Secretarial & Governance team for a large financial services business in central London. Your role as Assistant Company Secretary will be to provide company secretarial and administration support to various Boards and their Committees, ensuring compliance with statutory, legal, internal and constitutional requirements. This is a meeting heavy role that will require someone to have excellent minuting experience in a technical setting. In addition to meetings, you will have responsibility for the following: Company secretarial responsibilities including maintaining Diligent Entities, Power of Attorneys / Authorised signatories and providing KYC director information In conjunction with the other Assistant Company Secretary, ensuring that all statutory requirements are met for our subsidiary companies including the drafting of accompanying written resolutions Providing governance advice as and when appropriate, including writing governance reports Please apply for further information about this exciting opportunity.
