Client Relationship Advisor Huddersfield £25,000 My Client a well established firm are looking to recruit a Client Relationship Advisor to join their team. Main Duties: -Take initial detailed client enquiries, liaise with clients via telephone/email or face to face. -Undertake administrative tasks such as opening new client files, undertaking ID checks, inputting case information onto the team's case management system, archiving files, photocopying and scanning. -Assisting the support team to prepare bundles for Counsel, Court and medical experts. -The ability to work alongside fee earners and have a sound understanding of the legal priorities and procedures. -Have a confident, courteous and professional telephone manner. -Preferably you will be familiar with the Proclaim case management system and have sound user knowledge of Microsoft Word with excellent keyboard skills. -Have the ability to work well under pressure, be a team person who is pro-active.
