MUST OWN A FULL CLEAN DRIVING LICENCE
As a Mobile Cleaning operative/supervisor for Betterclean Services you will need to be Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on giving the highest level of service to our clients.
Mature, reliable, tolerant, and determined are the key qualities needed. A good communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view. Well presented, courteous and professional. Sufficiently mobile and flexible to working hours. Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability. Able to get on with others and be a team-player.
* Must have a good driving record.
* Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
* Experience of washroom and contract cleaning industries would be particularly useful
* People-management skills are essential
* Diary planning & time management skills are essential as this is not a 9-5 role.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing demands.
* Adhere to relevant health and safety laws and policies
Staff support is a big part of this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and supporting staff and ensuring cleaning staff are working to the best of their ability.
You will be required to carry out site visits to both Customers and Staff to monitor and ensure that the required standards are being met. Regular auditing is an important part of our Service.
You will be required to co-ordinate stores deliveries to all sites.
You will be required to carry out cleaning at small site where there is infrequent visits or the site is remote
You will be required to substitute for absent staff where practicable and at short notice.
You will be required to help, support or carry out 'one off' cleaning such as carpet cleaning, builders clean etc.
Depending on circumstances, there may be the option of company vehicle.
