About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales/Project Administrator to support our sales and project delivery teams in ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience from order to installation. This is a key administrative role in our Belfast showroom, responsible for coordinating the sales-project pipeline and acting as a communication bridge between suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Purchase Order Processing:
Accurately process customer purchase orders, ensuring correct product and delivery details.
* Supplier Liaison:
Communicate with suppliers to confirm lead times, track deliveries, and resolve any logistical issues.
* Client Communication:
Liaise with clients to coordinate installation schedules, manage expectations, and provide updates in collaboration with the project manager.
* Inbound Sales Support:
Respond to inbound sales enquiries, providing quotations, product information, and general assistance to prospective clients.
* Pipeline Coordination:
Work closely with the project manager and sales team to maintain visibility on order status, delivery dates, and project timelines.
* Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate records of communications, quotes, and orders using our internal systems and CRM tools.
* Showroom Support:
Assist with day-to-day showroom operations including customer service and general admin tasks.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
Qualifications & Experience:
* Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role (ideally in a project-based or product-based environment)
* Experience handling quotes, purchase orders, and delivery coordination
* Background in interiors, design, construction, or similar industries is advantageous but not essential
Working Hours:
* Full-Time, Monday to Friday
* On-site role based at our Belfast showroom
