Commercial Agency Negotiator

£25,000 + Bonus
To provide an efficient and proactive service to commercial clients by handling enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating lettings and sales, and assisting the wider agency team. The role is central to ensuring the smooth marketing and letting of commercial properties, maintaining strong communication with landlords, tenants, and applicants, and supporting colleagues in progressing transactions through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound enquiries for commercial properties in a timely and professional manner.
* Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants and purchasers.
* Negotiate heads of terms for lettings and sales, ensuring outcomes align with client instructions.
* Liaise with landlords and applicants throughout the negotiation process.
* Assist in preparing property particulars, marketing materials, and online listings.
* Work closely with colleagues in the commercial agency team to support the progression of transactions.
* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, viewings, negotiations, and deals on internal systems.
* Provide excellent customer service to clients, tenants, and prospective occupiers.
* Undertake general administrative tasks relating to the agency function as required.
Knowledge and Skills Required
· Ability to work on own initiative with limited supervision.
· Excellent planning and organisational skills.
· Must be computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and applicants.
· Confidence in negotiation with sound commercial awareness.
· Ability to work to specified deadlines.
· Full and clean driving licence with access to a vehicle for business use.

Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
