The Role
You’ll be joining a thriving Residential Property team with a diverse caseload including sales, purchases, leaseholds, mortgages, transfers of equity and more. The department benefits from a high volume of repeat business and referrals, giving you the chance to focus on doing great legal work without pressure to chase targets.

Requirements
* 3 or more years PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
* Strong technical knowledge and confidence in managing files independently
* Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, client focused approach
