About the Role
Our client, a long-established, leading manufacturer based in Smethwick, is seeking a permanent Administrator to support the sales team and handle various ad-hoc duties. This office-based role operates Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and direct them appropriately
* Prepare reports for invoicing
* Communicate with customers regarding payments and deliveries
* Track order progress
* Handle Debit note queries and raise commercial invoices
* Manage Proof of Delivery documentation
Candidate Profile:
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic
* Meticulous attention to detail
* B2B experience is advantageous
* Experience with CRM tools
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
