Role: Digital Merchandiser
Location: Bardon (LE67 1GQ) OR Leeds (LS15 8GB) – hybrid schedule, 2 days a week in the office

What youll be doing?
Product & Content Setup
* Create, manage, and publish high‑quality product listings in Shopify, including imagery, descriptions, variants, pricing, and SEO fields
* Deliver accurate and complete product launches on time
* Maintain exceptional standards of product data quality, consistency, and compliance
Promotions & Commercial Execution
* Set up and manage promotions, voucher codes, and price changes in line with the commercial trading plan
* Work closely with Category teams to ensure product setup, pricing, and promotions support business priorities
* Deliver timely on‑site updates to support daily trading activity
Site Experience & Merchandising
* Optimise site navigation, taxonomy, and category pages to improve product discoverability and user experience
* Build and maintain collection pages, landing pages, and merchandising components within Shopify
* Create and publish supporting content such as blogs and guides to enhance campaigns, education, and SEO
* Contribute to ongoing improvements in user journeys and conversion performance
Quality, Accuracy & Governance
* Own the accuracy of all product data, including pricing, descriptions, compliance fields, stock messaging, and imagery
* Conduct regular site audits to identify issues and opportunities for improvement
* Ensure updates are delivered correctly the first time, minimising rework and delays
Testing & Continuous Improvement
* Support UAT for new features, Shopify updates, CRO tests, and UX enhancements
* Provide clear, customer‑focused feedback on site experience and usability
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve clarity, trust, and conversion across the site
Who are we looking for?
* Proven hands‑on experience with Shopify, including product setup, variants, collections, promotions, and on‑site merchandising
* Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when working with regulated categories such as healthcare and pharmacy
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast‑paced trading environment
* Confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with Trading, Category, UX, Creative, and Development teams
* Strong content formatting and merchandising skills, with a focus on consistency, clarity, and quality
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make actionable recommendations
* Good understanding of user experience principles, on‑site search behaviour, and customer journeys
* Experience managing large product catalogues, including bulk uploads and data maintenance
* Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and how they apply to product and category pages
* Intermediate Excel skills; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is beneficial but not essential
* Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or health & beauty is an advantage but not required
