Job Opportunity: Customer Service Supervisor at Wakefield One Library
We have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join our library service. The position is within the team at Wakefield One Library as a Customer Service Supervisor.
Libraries are responsible for providing a welcoming environment that enhances the customer experience, inspires patrons to return, and promotes the service to others.
This is a 20.00 hours per week, permanent position, which includes working every other Saturday.
Requirements:
* A positive and flexible approach
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
* A good standard of ICT proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based packages
* A calm approach when dealing with complex and stressful situations
* The ability to engage and interact appropriately with both adults and children
