What you’ll be doing
1. Building and launching mobile products and solutions on BT’s strategic mobile billing system for SMB, Corporate and Public Sector customers
2. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders within virtual teams and agile squads to ensure the delivery of agreed products and solutions, balancing time, CAPEX and scope in order to achieve desired outcomes
3. Ensuring that the product/solution delivery is kept on track, flagging risks, while finding solutions to overcome barriers to meet desired outcomes
4. Management of the full product lifecycle, from product development to in-life and end of life initiatives for a given portfolio of products
5. Monitoring key portfolio KPIs, including NPS, digital adoption, trading volumes, APRU etc, intervening where necessary to ensure attainment
This job can be based in Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, London or Manchester. Hybrid (3 days office based, 2 days remote). Monday to Friday, 9-5.
