About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plastererto join our repairs and maintenance/planned works team, delivering high-quality internal finishes to homes within the social housing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, patch repairs, bonding, rendering, and boarding
* Work in both void and occupied properties across the housing stock
* Ensure surfaces are properly prepared and finished to a high standard
* Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures
* Record and report completed works using a PDA or similar system
