Data and Analytics Manager to join our team in Wardle. Reporting directly to the CDIO, you will be the driving force behind our data culture, turning complex datasets into the strategic engine of our business.
This isn't just a 'management' desk job; we need a self-starter who can lead a team (and 3rd party partners) while remaining close to the tools, ensuring our data initiatives are both ambitious and achievable.

Drive Process Excellence: Analyse internal business processes to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven optimisations.
Hands-on Analysis: Conduct complex data analysis yourself when needed, identifying trends that offer immediate, practical benefits.
Champion Integrity: Oversee data collection and management, ensuring our 'single source of truth' is accurate, compliant, and robust.
What you'll bring:
Proven Leadership: At least 5 years in Data Analytics, with 2+ years in a management role (ideally within a mid-sized enterprise rather than a rigid corporate machine).
Technical Chops: Proficiency in SQL, and ideally Python or R, with a deep understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
Platform Expertise: Solid experience with modern platforms like Microsoft Fabric .
Stakeholder Mastery: An exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences in a way that makes sense to them.
Strategic Mindset: Experience in business process analysis and gathering requirements to build solutions that actually work.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
