To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate your retail management experience by driving sales and improving store performance, consistently meeting key performance indicators.

The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and a positive, can-do attitude. With experience in change management and a proven track record of meeting targets, you will be career-focused and self-motivated to maximize your team's potential. A strong background in managing significant retail operations with a profit-driven mindset is essential.
