FLT Driver – Cullompton – £13.50/hr + Bonuses
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Truck Driver to join a busy and growing team based in Cullompton.
Pay & Benefits
1. Starting rate: £14.57 per hour
2. Monthly bonus available upon becoming a permanent team member – based on production performance
3. Additional pay uplift after successful completion of the probation period
Working Hours
4. Tuesday to Thursday - 07:00 to 17:30
5. Friday - 06:00 to 14:00
6. Saturday, Sunday and Monday OFF!
The Role
7. Operating FLT machinery safely and efficiently
8. Supporting production and warehouse operations
9. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
10. Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
11. Previous experience in a similar role
12. Reliable, punctual, and a team player
