ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR
We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director with a wealth of innovative ideas and a talent for crafting compelling narratives. Help us create extraordinary experiences for global brands.
You will oversee the creative process from concept to execution, leading the development of ideas and exceeding client expectations.
Driving innovation, you’ll collaborate with diverse creative teams and inspire big ideas across various mediums and channels.
Ideally, your background is in copywriting. You excel at words and shaping narratives around your ideas.
You are a strong communicator, comfortable with clients and collaborative work.
You are a strategic thinker with a portfolio of outstanding experiential campaigns. Your positive attitude and passion energize colleagues and clients alike.
Responsibilities:
* Provide creative leadership for clients.
* Motivate and align the team to produce top-tier creative work efficiently.
* Concept and direct creative work for major accounts across multiple media.
* Oversee narrative and visual development collaboratively with clients and team members.
* Manage the creative process for large projects with tight deadlines and dispersed teams.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients at the executive level.
* Exhibit strong communication skills in various formats.
* Lead thought leadership initiatives for the agency.
* Foster effective collaboration across departments.
Requirements to succeed:
* Express opinions about the brief, copy, or process to guide teams.
* Proven experience leading multiple creative projects.
* Holistic creative expertise in visual and strategic thinking.
* Excellent presentation skills for compelling decks and client pitches.
* Passion for the creative industry and experiential marketing.
* Experience with global campaigns and concept illustration is a plus.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years in creative, XM, or marketing industries, preferably in events or experiential agencies.
* Experience with B2B and B2C campaigns, including proprietary events and activations.
* At least 3 years leading creative teams.
* Understanding of human behavior and motivation.
* Strong conceptual skills and broad creative thinking.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience managing creative projects from start to finish.
* Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours, including travel.
