We are looking for Clinical Homecare Nurses to join our nursing team in providing professional services to our clients, patients, and healthcare providers.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent patient care on behalf of our clients and healthcare professionals.
2. Teach patients, carers, or family members to self-administer therapy, or administer therapies in accordance with protocols, in their homes.
3. Participate in telephone, virtual, and home visits as part of Patient Support Programs.
4. Support seamless service delivery between hospital and home for patients and healthcare professionals.
5. Maintain high standards of service for all customers and patients.
6. Travel across regions as required.
What experience and skills are we looking for?
You should be a registered nurse passionate about delivering first-class patient care.
* Registered Nurse on NMC register
* At least 5 years post-registration experience
* Experience in administering IV therapies
