What we look for in a Sous Chef:
We seek an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP aiming for the next step, with leadership qualities and a passion for high-quality, fresh food in a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will:
* Champion excellent service through quality food
* Demonstrate leadership and team development skills
* Be a hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills
* Manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health & safety effectively
* Collaborate with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes and specials
* Have strong planning and organisational skills to control GP and labour
* Drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams
