Quantity Surveyor

A growing, well-backed consultancy is expanding its East Midlands team and looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step. This is not a sit-back role. It is for someone who wants responsibility, visibility and a clear route to Senior level.
You will join a close-knit team delivering high-quality work across residential and commercial projects, with direct access to senior leadership and real input from day one.
What you’ll be doing
• Take ownership of projects and support on larger schemes
• Act as a key contact for clients and design teams
• Deliver QS and Employer’s Agent services
• Manage multiple live instructions with increasing autonomy
• Support and guide junior team members
• Build confidence in client-facing and commercial decision-making
What we’re looking for
• Experience in QS or project environments
• Consultancy or contractor background
• Comfortable running projects or ready to step up
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ambition to progress and take on more responsibility
• Working towards MRICS is a bonus, not essential
