Are you an organised, professional, and caring administrator ready for a fast-paced role at the heart of an educational community? We're looking for a vital team member to ensure the smooth running of our academy and provide direct support to our students.
You will be the administrative backbone of the academy, juggling varied duties including:
* Senior Support: Creating polished correspondence and reports for the SLT and Office Manager.
* Front-of-House: Providing reception cover, handling all calls, visitors, and urgent message delivery.
* Student Welfare: Assisting the Healthcare Plan Coordinator by managing paperwork and administering medication to students.
* Operational Flow: Managing daily reprographics (copying/laminating), filing, and occasionally taking meeting minutes or supporting school trips.
