Your Purpose
We are seeking a talented Technician Engineer to join our team at one of our largest breweries in Burton on Trent, working in the Bottle and Keg departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to unplanned breakdowns promptly, analyze causes, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
2. Work autonomously and as part of a team to manage planned maintenance tasks.
3. Support operational functions and continuous improvements through engineering solutions.
4. Adhere diligently to safety and operational practices to enhance reliability and reduce breakdowns.
5. Communicate effectively with shift teams via CMMS and daily handovers.
About You

* Completed a recognized engineering apprenticeship.
* Experience in technical engineering within packaging and process systems.
* Proficient in electrical and mechanical fault-finding.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of Allen Bradley & Siemens PLCs.
* Understanding of instrumentation such as Endress & Hauser.
* Experience in an FMCG environment.
* Experience with Krones, KHS, or similar packaging equipment.
* Understanding of CIP maintenance processes.
