Responsibilities
1. Lead the documentation, analysis, and re-engineering of core banking business processes to enhance speed, reduce cost, and improve efficiency.
2. Develop and implement a structured Business Process Management (BPM) framework that ensures processes are scalable, measurable, and adaptable to change.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business units, IT, and data architecture to ensure cohesive process design aligned with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
4. Utilize BPM tools such as Blueworks Live, Signavio, or equivalent to model and manage business processes.
5. Provide strategic input into enterprise architecture initiatives, ensuring seamless integration between business, IT, and data architectures.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support change management efforts across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
7. Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, with a specialization in Business/Process Architecture and Business Process Engineering.
8. Extensive background in the banking or financial services sector, with a track record of successful process re-engineering projects.
9. Strong understanding of IT Architecture and its interplay with business and data domains.
10. Hands-on experience with BPM tools such as Blueworks Live, Signavio, or similar.
11. Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
12. Ability to translateplex business requirements into scalable and efficient process designs.
13. Certification in BPM, TOGAF, or related frameworks.
14. Experience with Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
15. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to banking (, FCA, PRA).
