 
        
        Mechanical Water Technician – Equans UK & Ireland, Worcestershire Royal Hospital
This is a permanent, full‑time role (40 hours per week) with an on‑call rota. A competitive salary and benefits package are offered, with overtime available.
What will you deliver?
 * Monitor tap temperatures, change taps, install TMVs and TMTs, perform plumbing tasks and install showers, taps and sinks.
 * Manage Legionella compliance.
 * Ensure routine PPM is completed for mechanical infrastructure and plant in accordance with site task schedules and CAFM.
 * Complete reactive tasks across the site and proactively highlight areas for improvement.
 * Swiftly remedy plant faults and defects to maintain plant in serviceable order.
 * Maintain suitable spares to carry out both maintenance and reactive work, providing parts lists and estimated timescales for remedial works.
 * Complete all relevant paperwork/CAFM for PPM, reactive and breakdown works and ensure it is passed promptly to the contract administrator.
 * Participate in an on‑call rota.

Who are you?
 * Previously worked within a maintenance environment.
 * Level 2 plumbing qualification.
 * Experience within a healthcare maintenance environment (desirable).
This role includes a DBS Standard check; ability to pass is essential.
