What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing all project related documents, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and reports
* Making sure everything is organised, accurate, and accessible to the right people at the right time.
* Controlling the flow of information between contractors, engineers, clients, and the project team.
* Keeping records up to date and audit-ready, helping the team stay compliant and efficient.
* Using platforms like Aconex, Asite, or Viewpoint to track versions, updates, and approvals.
* Supporting the Project Manager and site team with structured document workflows and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a similar Document Controller role within construction or engineering.
* Confidence using common EDMS platforms (Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint, etc.).
* Impeccable attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
* A proactive mindset
