Lab Technician
Role Summary:
A practical, hands-on position supporting the calibration, testing, and maintenance of equipment used in critical gas infrastructure. This role combines laboratory-based work with field activities, contributing to the accuracy, safety, and reliability of operational systems.
A hands-on technical role supporting the calibration and testing of gas infrastructure equipment. You’ll carry out pressure, temperature, and dimensional calibrations, record and analyse data, produce reports, and assist with real-world testing projects such as pipeline work.
The role involves a mix of laboratory and practical field-based activities, working closely with engineers and technicians. It requires strong attention to detail, organisation, and a good understanding of technical measurements.
Key requirements:
