Trainee CNC Operator Location: Arundel Pay Rate: £12.50 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience) Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time Shift Times: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No nights or weekends) About the Company: Teh client is a specialist manufacturer of high-precision aluminium components, supplying industries such as automotive, marine, and medical. they work with a range of advanced CNC machinery, producing low- to medium-volume parts in a clean and well-equipped engineering environment. About the Role: This is an entry-level CNC Operator position - perfect for someone just starting out in engineering, such as a college leaver or someone looking to retrain in a skilled trade. You'll be trained on-site by experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience in CNC machining. Key Responsibilities: Operating CNC milling and turning machines (full training provided) Loading/unloading aluminium components and monitoring machining cycles Performing basic quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Working to job instructions and reporting any issues to supervisors Keeping your work area clean and organised Learning about machining tolerances, materials, and drawings as part of your development Machine Control Systems You'll Use: Mazatrol Siemens Fanuc Training will be given on each, so no prior experience is required - just a willingness to learn.
