Site Operations Team - Progress Chaser - Band 3An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Site Operations Team. Working closely with the Clinical Site Manager you will play a crucial role within the team supporting site operations and patient flow throughout the organisation.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a full time colleague able to work 5 x 8 hour shifts per week (Monday-Friday). With the guidance of the Clinical Site Manager you will be responsible for supporting capacity meetings, completing and updating action logs, chasing actions and liaising with multidisciplinary teams to support timely discharges and transfers. Your daily log of actions will support the Trusts response to OPEL actions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to further their development. You will be committed to your own personal development. You must have the ability to manage a busy workload, working to tight deadlines whilst working accurately and efficiently in a very busy environment. It is also important that you have proven effective communication skills.
