Location: Newport (with hybrid working flexibility)

Salary: £40,000 to £65,000
A respected and forward‑thinking law firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 3+ years’ post‑qualification experience to join its established team in Newport. The Role
* Managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters
* Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel
* Supporting junior team members and contributing to departmental growth
* Participating in business development and networking initiatives
* Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance
Candidate Requirements
* 3+ years PQE in clinical negligence or related litigation
* Strong technical and drafting skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confidence in managing matters independently
* High attention to detail and professional standards
* Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
* Understanding of health and safety responsibilities in the workplace
Desirable
* Experience mentoring junior colleagues
* Willingness to attend external events and contribute to firm initiatives
