Job Title: Secondary Tutor Location: England, Greater London, Richmond Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Salary: £20 - £25 Per hour Skills: SEN experience Job Description Job Duties: Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to secondary school students Develop individualised lesson plans based on students' needs Assist students in improving their academic performance Monitor and assess students' progress Communicate with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals as needed Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with secondary school students Strong understanding of the national curriculum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Additional certifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in tutoring or teaching secondary school students Demonstrated success in improving students' academic performance Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of effective teaching strategies Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Strong organisational and time management skills Understanding of SEN practises Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience working with students with diverse learning needs Working Conditions: Part-time hours, flexible schedule Work primarily in a school setting Potential travel to students' homes for tutoring sessions All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
