Supply Chain Planner / Buyer – Instruments
Location: Cirencester | Permanent | Full Time

You’ll manage supply and demand across instrument sets, ensuring materials, production planning, and supplier performance meet business needs.
What you’ll do:
* Planning and executing procurement for instruments and orderbook
* Creating monthly manufacturing plans based on forecast
* Maintain strong working relationships and communications with the instrument refurbishment team, manufacturing, and key suppliers to confirm production/shipping schedules
* Monitor open purchase orders for all orders to ensure on-time deliveries.
* Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment of raw materials and components in conjunction with our program management teams
* Supporting cost saving initiatives and supplier evaluations
* Delivering supply chain improvement projects
What you’ll bring
* Desirable CIPS qualified or working towards
* Experience in a buyer/planner role
* Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
* Analytical, organised, and confident working independently
* Comfortable in a fast growing, changing environment
* Project management experience beneficial
