Consultant/Senior Consultant – Demand Planning

Your Role
Design and deliver innovative solutions for leading global companies. Work collaboratively with Capgemini colleagues and clients to understand challenges, design future models, and implement solutions in supply‑chain planning strategy and operation model design, including processes, organization, capabilities, and enabling technology. Provide transition and transformation support to implement and optimise the future model.
Role
* Lead or contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitches.
* Develop and present internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, and practice development.
* Participate in training and certification programmes for career development.
Your Profile
* Deep knowledge of supply‑chain planning processes, including demand forecasting and S&OP/IBP.
* Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, retail, automotive, or similar product‑based industry.
* Consulting experience in a major consulting firm or internal consulting in industry.
* Track record of delivery in supply‑chain improvement projects and creative solutions.
* Active knowledge of sector trends and rapid career progression.
* Understanding of technology application to supply‑chain value and experience with planning systems such as Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9, etc.
* Proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation and to build support for consulting solutions.
* Experience in proposition building and delivery.
