You'll work closely with the Head Chef, contributing to the creation and delivery ofthemodern, ingredient led dishes. What are we looking for in the successfulSous Chef?
* Previous experience in a leadership role within a busy fresh food kitchen
* Confidence and competence across all sections within the kitchen
