Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a strong ability to drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience with our products or services.
Duties
· Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell lift maintenance contracts.
· Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate service solutions
· Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past clients to maximize opportunities.
· Organise meeting and site visits.
· Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our lift maintenance services, pricing, and offerings.
· Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
· Log all customer interactions in the CRM system/Simpro.
· Work closely with sales teams to ensure accurate quoting and customer satisfaction.
· Warranty customer review (new install) Zero value warranty contract signups
· Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
· Supporting sales team (Warm Leads, Business referrals)
Experience
* Previous telesales or inside sales experience, ideally in facilities, maintenance, or engineering services.
* Confident and articulate communicator with excellent phone etiquette.
* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. (Not Essential)
* Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
* Self-motivated and goal oriented.
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
* Basic understanding of lift/elevator systems is desirable but not essential – training will be provided.
* Good IT Skills, confident worker across MS Packages

Pay: £24,420.00-£26,000.00 per year
