Finance Manager – Chesterfield | SME | Competitive Salary
Reed Finance is partnering with a successful Chesterfield-based SME to recruit an experienced Finance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the finance function and play a key role in the business’s growth.
What you’ll be doing:
* Report directly to the Managing Director.
* Oversee the full finance function and mentor two Accounts Assistants.
* Manage reporting, cash flow, budgeting & forecasting.
* Handle month-end close and VAT returns.
* Act as the main point of contact for the year-end audit.
What we’re looking for:
* Qualified, Part-Qualified, or Qualified by Experience.
* Strong background in finance management or ready for the next step.
* Experience with Xero and a track record of driving improvements through commercial insight.
* Excellent communication skills across all levels.
