Job Description
Reporting directly to the CEO and working as a core member of the new Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead Laurus Education's operational finance function, and strategic financial planning across all Laurus entities and 7x campuses through a vital growth onally, the CFO will be responsible for:
* Drive enterprise-wide financial strategy, profitability, and sustainability.
* Oversee statutory reporting, audit, and regulatory compliance.
* Manage capital, treasury, and student funds with integrity and transparency.
* Lead financial risk management, internal controls, and insurance frameworks.
* Provide commercial governance for market expansion, pricing, and partnerships.
* Architect a scalable, digitally enabled finance ecosystem integrated with ERP and banking platforms.
This is a pivotal role ensuring Laurus Education remains bankable, regulator-defensible, and enterprise-ready at scale.
