What we look for in a host Able to manage large groups of guests arriving all at once or over a long period of time. Have ideally used Collins / Design My Night or similar booking system previously. Have a 'can do attitude' to making things work for our arriving pre booked and walk in guests. Be the welcoming face of the business over the phone as well as in person. Be prepared to be flexible in your role to include some front of house duties when the pub is busy and guests need help, areas need clearing for new guests.
