Salary: £29,344 – £44,919 (MPS/UPS)

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with a strong grasp of the National Curriculum
Ability to meet the individual needs of all learners and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Passion for supporting students' academic and personal growth
A team player who works well with colleagues and is committed to continuous improvement
An up-to-date Enhanced DBS and two professional references
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting pupils in developing their literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills
Encouraging independence, collaboration, and social development in line with the school’s values
Adapting lessons to ensure all learners can access and succeed in the curriculum
Promoting student well-being, including supporting pupils with personal care or medical needs where necessary
Contributing to a school culture that celebrates achievement, creativity, and resilience
