Health & Safety Advisor (Construction / Fit-Out) Location: NI with UK & ROI travel (3 days/week) Salary: Competitive Benefits Type: Full-Time - Permanent The Role We are recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor to join a growing construction and fit-out contractor. Youll support site teams across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with H&S legislation and promoting a strong safety culture. Key Duties Carry out risk assessments and site inspections Implement safe systems of work Ensure compliance with H&S legislation Conduct incident investigations and reporting Deliver inductions and toolbox talks Monitor and improve H&S policies and procedures Ensure all personnel have valid certification/cards Advise on COSHH, fire safety, noise, machinery Requirements NEBOSH Certificate CSCS/CSR Card Experience in construction / fit-out H&S role Strong knowledge of H&S legislation Excellent communication and organisational skills Proactive and adaptable approach Desirable TWC Training Grad IOSH Package Private medical, life assurance Pension & enhanced leave Sick pay & income protection Cycle to work scheme Skills: Construction Joinery H S
