Job Summary
We are recruiting for a Nurse Team Leader – Children's Day Services who will provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
The role requires flexibility, passion to drive ideas forward, and leading projects to improve the patient journey through the service.
Responsibilities
* Take an active role in unit leadership, managing the service in line with Trust values and continuous improvement.
* Cover all areas within Children’s Day Services.
* Ensure services are of the highest quality, safe, effective and focused on service users.
* Guide and support junior staff and support workers in providing excellent care.
* Collaborate with the Nurse Team Manager and the Senior Children’s Nursing Team.
