About the Role
As a optical assistant, you will:
* Provide personalised, clinically focused dispensing
* Guide patients through frames, lenses, and tailored visual solutions
* Deliver excellent communication, care, and aftercare
* Work closely with our optometrists to ensure smooth clinical journeys
* Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and patient care
