We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maths Tutor to join our team in Oxford. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in teaching or tutoring maths and a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality 1:1 or small group maths tutoring
Assess student needs and develop tailored schemes of work
Deliver engaging, accessible, and personalised lessons
Monitor progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
Maintain clear communication with parents/carers and support teams
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience teaching or tutoring maths
Proven experience working with SEN students
Strong knowledge of the UK maths curriculum (KS2–KS4 preferred)
Ability to assess, plan, and deliver differentiated lessons
Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
