What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Developing new business leads and converting opportunities into revenue.
* Promoting and selling building supplies and related property services.
* Working closely with internal teams to identify customer needs and match services accordingly.
* Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
* Identifying new areas of growth and market trends.
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Proven success in business development and sales, ideally in building supplies or construction.
* Experience working in a customer-facing, target-driven environment.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Commercially aware, competitive, and results-oriented.
* Surveying knowledge is a plus, though not essential.
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and confident with a professional presence.
