What will you be doing?
Overseeing all of the cleaning activities
Maintaining client requirements and compliance
Assisting with training, coaching and development of teams
Optimisation of all activities within scope
Review of works completed and completion of task and staff audits.
Assist in measurement and management of performance against agreed KPIs
Proactive management of sickness and absence within teams
Dealing with recruitment of new staff including training new and current staff
All safety and environmental excursions are tracked, monitored and reported to the appropriate department and investigated
What are we looking for?
Previous experience within a similar supervisory role
Working knowledge of cleaning practices
Working knowledge of Health & Safety
The right to work in the UK
This position is subject to satisfactory clearance in accordance with the stipulations laid down by the Disclosure and Barring Service and enhanced security clearance.
