Based in Alzenau, near Frankfurt in Germany, Hyundai Motorsport GmbH is responsible for Hyundai’s global motorsport activities and primarily for its World Rally Championship program. We are currently seeking for a Business Support Specialist to join in our team.
* Distribution and ordering of Corporate Apparel.
* Distribution and ordering of office supplies and furniture.
* Assist in projects and tasks within the Company Vehicle Management and Facility Management.
* Support the employees with Business Support / General Affairs related topics such as work permit support or employee welfare programs.
* Collaborate within various Business Support topics to support the whole department together with all members of the Business Support Team.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in Business Support or General Affairs is considered as an advantage.
* You are fluent in speaking and writing the English and German language.
* You are comfortable working with MS Office.
* You obtain a driving license and you are able to drive cars with manual transmission.
* Knowledge of SAP is considered as an advantage.
* Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives.
* Proactive, enthusiastic and flexible approach to work.
* You have a service oriented mindset and are able to communicate effectively.
