Support Analyst – Leading Financial Services Client
A leading financial services organisation is seeking a Support Analyst to join its modern infrastructure function. You’ll provide high-quality support across a Microsoft-focused environment, ensuring users receive an exceptional experience while contributing to wider operational and project activity. This role is ideal for someone coming from a professional services or financial services background who is comfortable working in a polished, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide responsive technical support across Microsoft services, devices, and core business applications
* Manage incidents and requests through the full ticket lifecycle with a strong emphasis on quality and service
* Support user onboarding, offboarding, and secure device provisioning
* Assist with hardware setup, office technology needs, and light infrastructure tasks
* Contribute to improvement work, small projects, and ongoing operational enhancements
Core Technologies
* Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive)
* Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID
* Intune / Endpoint Manager for device and policy management
* PowerShell for task automation
* Networking fundamentals (VPN, DHCP, DNS)
Requirements
* Experience in a support role within financial services or professional services
* Strong troubleshooting capability and a user-focused approach
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to support users at all levels
* Solid understanding of Microsoft-based environments and modern endpoint management
* Proactive, organised, and comfortable handling multiple priorities
