Commercial Manager The Role At Amelia Knight Limited, we’re a fast-growing international beauty business with multiple manufacturing sites across the UK and overseas. We’re now looking for an ambitious Commercial Manager to help lead the next stage of growth for Glow Hub across retail and wholesale channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building brands with global potential. You’ll play a key role in expanding retail partnerships, driving international growth, and ensuring strong commercial performance across our wholesale business. Working closely with marketing, operations, and senior leadership, you’ll help deliver strong retail sell-in and sell-through. If you enjoy building relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and seeing products you work on land in major retailers around the world, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Manage key retail accounts across the UK and international markets Build strong relationships with retail buyers and commercial partners Identify opportunities for range expansion and new retail listings Support the growth of the brand across major international retailers Manage distributor and retail agent relationships across global markets Support retail launches in new territories Monitor international sales performance and identify growth opportunities Support the delivery of revenue targets across wholesale channels Own wholesale forecasting and sales performance tracking Lead trade planning in collaboration with the marketing team Manage pricing, promotions and margin performance Work closely with marketing on product launches, retail campaigns and brand activations Coordinate with operations and supply chain to ensure smooth retail execution Manage and develop the Account Manager and Account Executive Support the growth and development of the commercial team Experience 5 years experience in commercial, wholesale or retail account management roles within beauty, skincare or consumer brands Experience managing major retail accounts Strong commercial mindset with experience managing revenue targets and forecasts Experience working with international distributors or retail partners is advantageous Strong relationship management and negotiation skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment Personal Attributes: • Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally overseas • Clean driving licence • Hands-on, inquisitive approach • Flexible and willing to work additional hours during busy periods • Collaborative and diplomatic, with the ability to influence change positively Why Join Amelia Knight Limited?
