Job Description
Become a CSS Technical Account Manager (TAM) and help customers maximize the business value of their Oracle investments, achieving desired outcomes while minimizing risk. You will oversee governance and technical service delivery.
As part of the Oracle Customer Success Services team, you will join an international network of experts contributing to global initiatives and innovation programs for continuous service improvements.
Responsibilities
* Manage delivery of Oracle services to ensure effective use of products, customer satisfaction, referenceability, and achievement of revenue and delivery goals.
* Handle problem-solving and incident management with guidance.
* Support customers throughout their IT lifecycle, from implementation to optimization.

* Collaborate on customer projects with Oracle experts.

* Knowledge of Oracle products is a plus but not required.
What you’ll bring
* Bachelor’s degree or up to 2 years relevant experience.
* Interest in cloud technologies like AI, Blockchain, Machine Learning, DevOps, Security, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
* Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
* Openness to innovation, adaptability, proactive mindset, resilience, and strong organizational skills.
* Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities and a passion for customer success.
